Bespoke training to meet your needs

Whilst the accredited ITIL Version 2 / 3 courses meet the need for a standard and consistent approach to IT Service Management, we are finding that more and more companies are looking for specific training, in three areas:

  • Customised versions of the standard courses
  • Cut down courses focussing on key areas and/or practical  aspects
  • New courses for new requirements (such as Remedy Training)

Some companies simply can't afford to have their staff away from their desks for an extended period of time and we have developed one day Problem Management and Service Desk courses (based on the accredited material) to meet this demand. There are no exams but we do have a lot of fun!

Current customised courses are available to book as necessary and, as we are keen to expand our portfolio, we're happy to develop further courses.
