ITIL Version 2 is still very useable and will continue to be implemented in many organisations; however, Version 3 will be essential for those businesses with more strategic aims. We recommend that if you are Version 2 certified you enroll on a Bridge course to ensure your knowledge is up to date.

Vitil Training currently offer the following version 3 courses:

• Version 3 Foundation covers the key Version 3 concepts and principles and is significantly different in both style and content to the Version 2 Foundation course.
• Version 3 Foundation Bridge is recommended for delegates who have achieved the Version 2 Foundation certificate and wish to extend their knowledge or gain credits towards the new ITIL Expert. It brings delegates up to date with the changes in Version 3
• Version 3 Manager's Bridge is for delegates who have the Version 2 Manager's certificate and wish to extend their knowledge or gain credits towards the new ITIL Diploma. 

We also offer an Awareness course as an introduction to ITIL concepts and principles.
